Chicharito is a Washed Anaerobic multiple varietal coffee from San Juan La Union in Mexico.

Much like its namesake, Chicharito is reliable, balanced and comes in clutch when you need an extra hit of energy. 

A washed anaerobic coffee is depulped, fermented and then washed for a clean cup with a touch of funk. 

We tasted cherries, dark chocolate and floral notes.
