Drop 003 is a 180 from Drop 002 - from the experimental to the traditional.

It’s an exploration of traditional coffee processing in three of the most iconic coffee producing nations - Ethiopia, Kenya and Yemen.

Legacy is a natural Ethiopian from Bensa, grown from local heirloom varieties — bold and fruity with strawberry laces, forest fruit and blueberry.

Katana is a washed Kenyan from Nyeri, an SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 lot that cuts clean with blackberry, citrus and toffee apple. 

Victory is a natural Yemeni from the East Haraz mountains, a rare Jaddi heirloom that's bright and complex with orange, cocoa and dried fruit.

Drop 003 is coffee taken back to where it all began - to the region where it was first cultivated and brewed and explores the traditional processing of each of these origins.
