The Dream is a natural pink bourbon from Villa Betulia in Colombia.

As our first coffee, The Dream represents months of roasting, learning and community building coming to fruition. 

It's a bold natural coffee with a unique flavour profile - exciting for experienced coffee heads yet still approachable for the "coffee curious."

With a natural process, the coffee cherry is left to dry with the fruit still on the seed (bean), letting the bean absorb more of those delicious compounds present in the pulp of the fruit. 

The result is a vibrant, adventurous cup with a touch of funk.
